Biting someone on accident is complete B.S and for the gloves only the top is heavily padded, while on the bottom is a thin foam.

I'm sorry, but I don't see how burrow's does not get suspended for that. It was obvious and blatant - was this Colin C's farewell blown suspension or what?

Colin Cancer *get it was right to step down as disciplinary dude, as he let a lot of stuff go that shouldn't and many of the suspensions were far too much of a love tap. Good riddance and I say this as a Vancouver fan!

Congrats on that by the way!!

Where about are your seats??

Even though its a heavy bill to pay I'm sure the demand is strong for seats especially the first season. Any game you don't feel like going to I'm sure you can flip the seats on ebay and at the very least break even on getting your money back. I wish I lived close enough to Pitt to be able to do that. A 4hr. commute is just a bit too much

No suspension for Burrows isn't that shocking. Really, I wasn't expecting one anyway.

Henrik Sedin and his flop like he got shot by a sniper annoyed me much more than Burrows looking for a snack.

If Horton wasnt suspended for throwing a bottle at a fan no way burrows could be suspended! As for Colin Cambell stepping down it was the right thing since his son is in the final its like a conflict of interest! As for Henrik diving I must admit I laffed a lil then again they play soccer in off seasons, Hey Do Whatever It Takes Right!! GO CANUCKS GO! Also I like Bruinsss got nothing against em but WE NEED THIS MORE! I Hope Dan "The Hammer" Hamhuis is ok we need that rock!

Not being surprised isn't the point though.

Its sending a msg to the rest of the knuckleheads (Scott Hartnell for one) that its ok to bite someone and there will be no consequence. What happens on the bottom of a pile will happen, but when its right on camera and you can see the intent there you have to send a msg. Even if it was just a game you have to do something. This is why the players and fans have no clue what should be a penalty or suspension worthy anymore.

Don't think you need to shield us from crap. Unless you're actually throwing it. :lecture

I wanted to shield unsuspecting eyes from the clap. One can never be too careful. :D

Also, I had a very strange dream the tuesday night. I dreamt the Canucks won Game 1 1-0, they won Game 2 5-3, and lost Game 3 9-6. While the last dream prediction seems a little farfetched, i'm curious to watch Saturday's game. If i'm miraculously correct, then geez, I need to start placing some bets, stat!

@ BuffBuff...

Well I had a dream last night that you sent me a nude picture of yourself...:naughty

No...?

Well so much for my predictions...:wink1:

That is the first thing that came to mind when I was watching last night, don't fang Letang. :lecture

I only saw the 3rd period last night because I worked for nearly 15 hours. :cuss

I was in a horrible mood when I finally got home and then I went to bed in an even worse mood an hour later. As soon as Boychuk went for the puck at the blue line and missed it I got an awful feeling in the pit of my stomach that something bad was going to happen.

I get that feeling whenever Boychuk is on the ice. He has the most sparkling +/- at this point.:monkey4

hanging out in Vancouver this months and there is a great vibe here. not a sports fan myself, but i do appreciate the injection it gives others.

There has to be a pretty intense energy around Vancouver right now for sure. I'd love to be there experiencing it all right now. I'm sure there's a spark around Boston too, but probably not as much right now due to the 1-0 series deficit.

Even though you're not a sports fan, I'm sure it's probably still enjoyable for you being in the city. It's probably similar to the feeling of being in time square for new year's i would imagine.

I just bought two season tickets for two seats for the next three years with my family. I am locked in for thousands in the next few years, so I guess that means my SideShow purchases may take a hit. hehe

WOOHOO FIRST TIME EVER NHL SEASON TICKET HOLDER! ____ING SWEET!!! :panic::panic::panic::panic::horror:horror:horror :horror
congrats. i wish i could get season tickets to a major sport. but i live to damn far away. as for your team name, i hope they pick a name that has an actual physical mascot like an animal. i'm sick of all those names like the Wild, or the Heat, or the Chill, or the Storm, etc.

Moose... We have one, but all the tards in Peg city want the Jets even though it's not the same organization, ownership, arena, and hockey era.

Your kid dies, you have a new one, do you name the newborn the same name of your dead kid? Heck no! Please no Jets!

your kid didn't die though. he just moved to phoenix. maybe you would name you next kid the same. george foreman does.

Yes, but he's American and you guys are all ass backwards anyway.

hehe

:pfft: :pfft: :tap:thwak

:1-1:

I'm looking forward to the game tonight. I hope to see a lot of energy from both teams. I don't want it to be an easy win for Vancouver, but a win nonetheless.

Good luck to both teams though.
