3-1 Bruins with one of those being on an open net.

I'm going with this.

And did you see at those last UFC weigh-ins at Vancouver where Kenny Florian walked out with a Bruins jersey on? Beautiful, that place went off and he has a big ole grin on his face! I loved it :yess:

i just can't get why anybody who's not from Vancouver would cheer for the Canucks. it's quite baffling.

Just insert any other team here and your right on Craw. Can't see why anyone from another city would cheer on any other team either. I happen to be from Vancouver, and will cheer them on, and be pis'd off if they lose. By the same token if this was Boston/Toronto, Boston/Montreal, Boston/anyone else I wouldn't give two piles. I have no ties to a Canadian Team vs. American Team ( I realize you did not infer this--just my thin skin.) I'm glad both teams have been Jeckyl & Hyde (moreso Van.) it makes for an entertaining tilt.

Go Canucks Go, Boston sucksucks balls (not really) and Thomas can have the Conn Smyth in trade for a Vancouver Stanley Cup vicory--I hope :panic:

Win or lose, some people in Vancouver will trash that city, most likely.

This is a ridiculous thing to bring up since A) We expect that as a gimmie based on history and B) There are idiot fans in every city, so lets not exclude Boston and any other city that has its fair share of crazed fans. If a sport is big in that city and excitement is built up, and people wanna have a reason to be stupid, they'll do it regardless of location.

If this is an attack on Vancouver or its fans, that is lame. The true fans wouldn't do that. That's a few ____ disturbers who just need an excuse to be stupid.

You need to calm down sir. i said "some people" didn't mention fans..or hardcore fans of the team..yes, it happends and i'd expect worse in Montreal if they won the cup and here in Toronto as well..maybe....

Don't quote my post, quote GreatWall.

For the record Eli...I am not a bi-polar fan. I still want the canucks to win. But that doesn't mean I wont call them out when they suck a$$. And wont state that Boston is playing as the stronger team. :D

Strange that I'm not as nervous as I was prior to game 7 against Tampa. I guess at this point it just feels like this is Boston's year and they are going to get it done.

I'm sure I'll be stressing by 8:20 though. Good thing I picked up a bottle of Southern Tier Mokah stout (11.2% abv) last weekend. That should help to calm my nerves.

Don't make me mad!!!! ARGH!!! :lol

If Vancouver chokes this up I fear for the well being of that city after seeing what happened after my Rangers sent them packing in '94 :lol

I don't remember the last time a professional sporting event made me this nervous.

I need some Crown Royal or something to calm down a bit.

It has to be innocent if he left his feet, threw an elbow, and went for Chara's head. This team has too much gentlemanly dignity for a dirty play.

Is Olczyk even serious?:cuckoo:

Vancouver and Luongo are done with each other. I see a trade or buy out happening. Since expensive goalies who blow the big games are not of high value, he may have to get bought out.

Frees some cap space, the fans will demand this, and they already have Schneider and Lack in the pipeline. You heard it here first.

I agree with you in principle Eli, but who would want to inherit that albatross of a contract though?

Canucks are a shell of their former selves. Playing a very hollow game tonight. I think Luongo will be back. He was but one of many players tonight that did not deliver for Vancouver. This is likely Salo's last game as a Canuck.

Good game by Boston Brewcockies

Your comment if it isn't your Devils in the Final, you could careless was pointless. It just came off looking random as I'll get out and was pure bad timing. If you don't care about this Final, then why bother wasting your breathe to post that? I mean I don't care about the NBA playoffs but you don't see me posting in the NBA thread how much I don't like the NBA. Or, I am not a fan of the NBA so I have no interest in the playoffs or who the champ is.

No feelings were hurt, and I don't see why being a Pens fan that would hurt me even more-so. Lots of craptacular logic from your perspective. You make a ridiculous post, expect people to comment on it. Also, don't expect the comments to be, "Oh really, that's too bad! You want a back rub?"

Don't confuse hurt with annoyed.

Calm down, Baldy! If you want to rant go to a Pens forum and whine about how David Steckel knocked your boy out for the rest of the season. No need to rant.
I mean are you really aggravated that sometimes people post random thoughts. Does that suck up your precious bandwith.
BTW perhaps you just got into hockey when Sid got into the game but the Devils and Penguins are in the same division and most of the time when the Pens aren't purposefully tanking their season for high draft picks The Devils, Pens, and Flyers are all usually fighting for top of the division, hence what's called a rivalry. Therefore I was saying that since you're a Pens fan you may have a bit of an irk against a Devils fan. There's your craptacular logic, Sir.
