It's being reported as a spleen injury. Losing him would be pretty huge.

Well at least you won't lose him and Boychuk. No suspension for the Hit on Toews.

That would be cool. Not heard anything like that here.

Glendale has a deadline July 2nd I think (this could have change this past week, was busy ) and if they dont reach an agreement with the city the team moves finally.

Seattle, Quebec City and KC were the places mentioned

QC has no arena and shortbus hates Canada so it looks to be Seatltle oddly enough, but KC is still an option

Bernier is a toss up, but dont think the Leafs gave up to much

Oh boy, that's bad news. Toews was injured too for the Hawks.

Difference is Toews is a Champ (and a fellow Winnipegger because we're made of tuff stuff), he is playing in Game 6.

QC broke ground on their new arena last year, but it's projected to be done in 2015. At worst they could play a season or two in the old Colisée.

Sadly Seattle seems to be the NHL's top choice. They'll hold out on QC to probably get a fat expansion fee sometime down the road. Tout vient à point à qui sait attendre.

QC broke ground on their new arena last year, but it's projected to be done in 2015. At worst they could play a season or two in the old Colisée.

Gave up TOO much (you're welcome), and I agree. But Reimer has been doing well IMO... was it needed?

If Reimer goes down (again) for an extended period of time, I don't love Scrivens as the stopgap.

Bernier - worst case scenario is a great backup. Best case (and the case I think will happen) is that he will be a better starter than Reimer and take over the #1 spot.

This is a great trade for both sides. Fratton will do well in LA's style.

I can't muster hate for the Blackhawks like I had for the Canucks. If they win the Cup it won't be a crime against hockey like if the 2011 Vancouver Canucks had won. That said, under no circumstance do I want to see them parade the Cup around the Garden.

I'd almost feel cheated if this didn't go 7. Go Bruins.

Also, the ice looks like it'll be nice and slushy. Fog in the morning skate.
