That's a pretty ignorant statement as is any sort of generalizing. I love Nike + GPS. That was an amazing way to check stats on my run and my routes. Cool tool. This interests me because crap like stats and goal-setting is great motivation. Is it essential for everyone? Nope. But just because you wouldn't get anything out of it doesn't mean others won't.

The Nike GPS watch serves a purpose. I love mine. This however is pointless.
