Villain reminded me of Dr. No.
I can see that.
Dr. No has a cooler name and cool impractical metal hands. :D
That's all you got?

He still recovering.

Well, I thought she was the best part -- she was fun, sexy, and entertaining... and was enjoying herself in the process. She was everything Bond should be... but hasn't been in quite some time.

Other than casting Craig, I do not care for Barbara's choices.

I liked Rami fine. He didn't have too much to do. The "secret base" was silly. The gimmick was good but the overall plot was unclear.

I was surprised by the ending.

Not a lot of action set pieces... at least not memorable.

I'm glad they didn't end Craig on the disappointment that was Spectre.

I agree that this movie falls smack in-between -- not as good as CR or Skyfall, but not as bad as QoS and Spectre. Nothing has touched Casino Royale (none of the Craigs I mean).

The Craig era has some beautiful scenery, meandering stories, a great-looking Bond, but has left me empty on the dashing, sophisticated spy.

I see some reviews for the last 3 around 7 out of 10. Sounds about right as all kind of muddle together. All remind me of a museum with aesthetic lighting with not much substance.

And I see why they delayed the movie with some of the plot.

Covid era still sucks for me except for ZSJL.

Is it worth seeing in theaters?

I can't think of a better film to represent the COVID era. :lol

Internet bro. Was up last night already. Covid era has them up quick. Everything has clearly not been worth a theater trip. Spiderman will be first arrival back, thats fo sho holmes lol.

Is there a website for those films or is that in the dark web?

I have a movie pass so I can watch NTTD free, but I don't know if it's worth going to a theater to watch it.

So in other words it’s better than 85% of the movies from the franchise good to hear lol

I might still go on Saturday. Then Dune and Matrix. That's the plan.

Spidey not even mentioned why you do matticus dirty like that lol
And a reshowing of Suicide Squad to see his boy Leto on the screen one more time.

Spidey is going to obliterate all box office this year. Why the Matrix is a week after is suicide lol.

I only watched Spectre once opening weekend and between my normal alcohol induced amnesia, busy life and covid twilight zone I can no longer remember anything significant about the movie which I know speaks volume about it so can someone please breakdown why it is such a hated Bond movie.

What made it become such a pariah.

I remember a few things. The opening in Mexico, Bond fighting Batista in the train, and Blofeld drilling Bond's head. That's all I remember.

The train fight and Bond surgery were the only good bits. Mexico opening was OK.

The other action, like the car chase, was interrupted by dumb, wannbe comedic bits (Bond calling Moneypenny while she drinks milk).

Blofeld as Bond's "brother" was ridiculous. And unnecessary. The plot was meh. I didn't care for Waltz as Blofeld.

Alot of wasted time in Spectre. The most uneconomical Bond movie I can remember.
