Uh, no. If i'm going to smoke, I make sure I don't HAVE to go anywhere. It's not even a matter of being able too. I just don't want too. Being high and driving is still a DUI.

That being said, it isn't that difficult. Just depends on how much you had.

But I wouldn't recommend it. I don't drive drunk, I don't drive high.
