Didn't Bane ***sy out and pull a shot gun out on Batman, in an attempt to blow his brains out?

Yeah, I don't buy that article. :lol

And killing those soldiers and hanging them on the bridge... yeah.. a real hero.

there is too much that makes Bane the bad guy, breaking the neck of the guy in the football game, having a bomb that is going to go off, no way Bane had a plan to stop the bomb in time.

that theory is such bollocks, that person is probably obsessed with Nolan and thinks about it daily :lol

Or he thinks this'll give him notoriety.

but it is too much. What if Bruce died in the cave? what if something happened? what if Bruce was shot when he gets to Gotham,

Besides he loved Talia, so this guy is going to tell me he cared more about Batman than his beloved Talia... bollocks.

What a silly theory. You could write that about almost any villain. Alexander Pierce was trying to help Steve Rogers to show that SHIELD needed Cap, America needed Cap, Cap needs Bucky, etc. He actually did get Cap to "tear down the old world" (SHIELD/HYDRA) to build a better one and so on. Claiming that villains are good to compensate for their incompetence at being evil is an interesting and new type of apologist.

Movie is crap, the character's mediocre and his portrayal is a joke.
But at least the theme is cool!

I still prefer the Nolan trilogy in order of release. Batman Begins was a great set up and relaunch for Batman. I still love it more than Dark Knight but I like it too. Rises was boring to me and I still prefer Marvel's movies over it.

Yeah Nolan trilogy TOPS any modern "superhero" movie. Yes even TDKR. These were truly the golden age if superhero movies. Not saying MCU films aren't very very good- some are, just totally different

I went through my collection today and discussed which figures to sell. Inwent back and forth and in the end I have decided to part with most of my Nolanverse figures. I loved BB and TDK was fantastic aswell. But DKR has destroyed the whole triology for me. If Nolan really did not want to recast another actor for Joker (still believe DiCaprio would have been a hell of a Joker), why did he continue anyway? It really annoys me until today. The plot was build up superb until DKR... Bane was medicore at best (why not give him a mask that allows him to speak?) amd the weird love affair of an old Bruce and a 10-20 years younger CW was just silly. Let's nor start with Robin...
After all these years I can finally say DKR killed the Nolan triology for me. Am I the only one feeling this way?

I do have issues with TDK, especially with the way they changed Gotham and Batman.
That was a big mistake on their part, especially considering how the Joker looked and acted.

BBegins had style and the look of a Batman movie.
It actually felt like a properly modernized version of comic book Batman.

All of it went out the window in TDK, which led to a lot of Rises' issues.
