Yes the knife comes with this figure,the only thing missing on this figure is the dog tags.

Dog tags would have been awesome!

I think it looks great, but I'd still rank Rambo 3 as my favorite in the line. Now, IF Hot Toys did a wilderness geared FB Rambo, that'd probably win me over. First Blood is defnitely the defining and deeper film of the first 3, but the M65 Jacket and all was such a short part and doesn't really define Rambo for me; to me, Rambo is armed, even if with just a knife, and bandana around his head, so while this figure has a great sculpt and looks all around well done, it's just not a defining appearance for me.

Vorhees did a nice custom job to the V1 first blood with the parka... looked pretty good. I'm just not a fan of that headsulpt, so for me I'll be content with the M65 jacket.

Nice work, but like Galacticboy said, the head sculpt, while much better than their first Rambo, still pales compared to now, which is why I said if they made a wilderness figure it'd rank high with me, the look plus a great HS would be a stunning figure, plus, going with the wilderness setup could make him unique enough from the other figure to not cause issues.
