Official Battle Damaged ED-209 Image thread?

well the bad boy arrived today and i must say I am highly impressed! i wanted the undamaged version but for $100(and $5 shipping) couldn't pass up this one. i can't imagine how incredible the power loader is going be with their Aliens line. of course now the problem is....where to put him! i haven't been this impressed with a 1:6 creation since Jabba and his thrown. hats off to Hot Toys. now to find a Robo 1.

I bought it from DarkShadowcollectibles.com. I was looking in the "Rocky" section on their site and I saw ED-209 listed there for $100 and I thought it was an error so I clicked on it and it said something like "Congratulations you found a secret special". I couldn't pass it up and I'm glad I didn't. Can't beat $5.00 shipping either because ED is a big boy. I think there's one on ebay starting at $100 right now.

Mine arrived yesterday from cornerstorecomics at $140 (without shipping) and I thought that was cheap (let alone $100) !!!

Does anyone know if the legs can come off after putting them on, I know the arms do but cant seem to get the legs off - I aint "got the muscle".

I assembled, displayed, and weeks later completely disassembled and put it back in the box. Mind this was the normal version. Not sure if that matters.

Its possible. Just be very careful as the plastic can snap if you pull at an angle or do it too hard. If you cant pull it off, wiggle it very gently as you pull. Maybe consider using a hairdryer to warm it up.

How tuff was it getting the legs off again? I use all my force just about and it won't budge. I dont wanna wriggle it in case I damage it.
