2 hornets
2 scorpions
2 warthog with rocket launchers attached
2 wraiths

fairest way would be 2 banshees, 1 hornet, 1 scorpion, 1 wraith & 1 warthog/rocket per team

on top of what already exists on the map

could also throw in a few spartan lasers
