I had the same problem when I first got mine. It's because we're afraid we'll break something. Just push down gently on the missile door and then flip it up. The missile is now in view and you can stick it out.

MARK I is the best figure products! even better than battle damaged version...............

Only the head is poor(when compared to the official pics), what a shame!

Its a great figure no doubt. Never bought the BD version of the Mark 3. The sculpt is good its maybe not exact but its quite close.

Just ordered one from gohastings. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Just got mine and the box is in great shape. Just some shelf wear on the bottom of the box and the tape holdings the seals arent sticking anymore. The twistys are still holding him tight.

I just got mine last week and I had the same problem. But my bigger problem is that the back where the batteries are held, broke off , but its ok I can glue it back on and it wont be noticable.

Got my Iron Man Mark I today from GoHastings and the figure's great--in perfect shape. The outer box was horrible and mangled, and the figure's box was a little scuffed up with the wafer seals lifted up. But the figure itself was perfect, held down by the twisties.

Had a tough time getting the lights to work. Turned out that one of the batteries was corroded! FYI for you guys...

Congratulations, Batman Professor!

I was actually very surprised my batteries were fine. They had the little tab that I had to remove, and just getting the battery compartment open was impossible without a pair of pliers. But the batteries seem new and fresh. My Alien Kane figure, however, had corroded batteries.
