For me the serious sculpt is about 95% Depp... the old / being reworked smile sculpt is about 70% Depp... I'd be fine if they did away with the smile all together since I'll probably never use it.

How do you know that? It could *gulp* turn out better than the serious sculpt. Add in pers and...

True, but if it keeps geting delayed because of the smile sculpt then I am ok with dumping it. They did all ready add the bottle ship to the mix after the price was set so its an even trade off for me.

Are we even sure there's a delay? I've had zero changes to my flexpay from Sideshow... they recently billed me within the last week right no time.

And I'm just hoping HT keeps up their quality!

Nothing will be removed from the figure. Since there's preorders and guarantees of features they would be sued if they released it without all the items that were listed.

It would be false advertising (I know people yell that all the time, but this would be the most straightforward use ever). If no one sued then no one sued, doesn't mean it wasn't still wrong. I'd be angry if they didn't include a second face sculpt after it was going to be included.

That's 1 reason why I'll never use Flex. But I agree my interest in this figure which was once an all time high has moved to I could care less at this point.
