I should be in the first batch since I POed when this figure went up on their site. Seems like forever ago but I'm glad the wait is coming to a close. I'm kinda glad that I got Cap before him. My last figure of 2011 being DX Jack Sparrow has a much more epic feel to it

I spoke to Josh at AE and he said even though I ordered in April I'm still on the cusp of getting it/not getting it before Christmas. SO, to answer your question, even if you PO'd it, there's a chance you'll be in the second shipment in January. It just depends on when you PO'd the figure.
