I can't see HT controlling where sales go beyond who they decide to sell to originally. After that, it's hell in a hand basket.

How about this solution...
Whoever on this thread doesnt want their telescope, just sell them on Ebay internationally. There's no way HT is gonna hunt us down on Ebay. I promise, when I get my DX, I WILL SELL MY TELESCOPE ON EBAY...INTERNATIONALLY. I dont want it, so thats what Ill do. The day I recieve it, Ill post up my info on this thread.

If Im not the only one to do this, than we should be able to make some people happy.

PS- I know a lot of you are talking about it not because you want really, but for the principal. But they're not gonna change it, so if you want it...than buy it on Ebay. Otherwise there's nothing you can do.

Alterego has the original smiling head photo still up, so if they didn't get the notification that HT wanted the image taken down they probably don't know about any telescope mandate. or they just don't care.

Never noticed that in AWE looks like Barbossa has taken Sparrow's usual spyglass. Which makes sense since he didn't come back with much of anything other than his clothing.

I just watched both the 2nd and 3rd movies in the past week and I must say I enjoyed them. The 2nd moreso than the 3rd but they were both fun. I was actually laughing pretty hard during this scene with the telescope from reading this thread.
