We have a separate listing for the version without the long version, which is noted in the name of the item, but the original that you have pre-ordered will have both the long and short versions of the telescope. i ordered one figure using my reward points and another separate order of JS, i didn't know come the time if i can afford both and if i had to cancel didn't want to lose all of my reward points...

i got an e-mail this evening saying they will combine the orders and charge deposit, so i immediately canceled the second order so as not to be charged, when it is likely i couldn't afford both.

i rang SSC to double check that the orders wouldn't be combined, they said they already were, even though they don't appear to be and i canceled the second order, i checked my bank and they have charged the deposit, so if i cancel now, which i will likely have to do, i will lose my points and the deposit.

They are gonna get in contact with me to hopefully resolve it without losing everything.

What burns me is they e-mailed to tell they were going to do it, but had already done it, giving me no time to contact them or cancel.

i know i dug the whole myself, but i wanted another and wast 100% sure, and didn't want to lose my points if i had to cancel, and they never stated the the products couldn't be in different orders.

And now it seems that both my orders are for item 9013631 which wont be fulfilled to international countries, when i ordered there was no exclusive item, just one item with a first come first serve on the telescope, so either way, they'd have to update my order to the figure (item 901363) that can be fulfilled to my country.
