I doubt if it will appear in the coming POTC4. If not, strictly speaking, is it a "MUST" as a part of the accessaries?

It's a 'must' alright - that US/Japan-only telescope really ties the figure together.

It is supposed to be based on the new movie right? But I only see accessories from the past movies. What if in the new movie, he has an item we have not seen.

I'm not complaining, this figure is a must have, but I think the scope shouldnt be as important.

Hi, It looks like Sideshow has changed their information on us and we will not be receiving the version with the long telescope at this time, sorry.

We do however have a number of DIY kits that you might like to consider with the purchase of the Jack Sparrow figure (see pic below).

Hi - We just wanted to let you know that the fact that this figure will contain the long version of the telescope has been verified. We have a separate listing for the version without the long version, which is noted in the name of the item, but the original that you have pre-ordered will have both the long and short versions of the telescope. This is a completely different situation than the 10th Anniversary exclusives.

If Hot Toys had decided that you could buy the 3 exclusives figures online from Hot Toys directly, but then told you would not receive all the accessories because you live in america, even though you would be charged the same amount..then the situation would be comparable.

This is not about the stupid telescope itself.
