I've seen the alien skull go for $30 and $40, med kit for over $10, so you could have sold those extra accesssories on ebay to recoup some of the pred's price, but I can see not wanting the green paint on the fig.

it is strange to have all the other parts be intact and than see some blood spots on the body...

And it is a shame to still want to buy the bd version just to sell some parts to make money because it seems that is the real reason some prefer the blood-version...shame

Heck, I figure if people wanna pay that price for a couple grams of plastic shame on them. Of course, I'll be keeping my alien skull trophy, one of the best accessories to date. Just need to scuplt the other skulls that appear in the movie for the figure's own little trophy case.

guys i need your help, i know maybe this has been allready explained to death but how the hell i can put on the upper armor on P2?
in the instructions this seems easy, but it isn't
i know there's to open the armor and there's a kind of clip , but i don't understand how to open , i had try but i don't want to force anything, i have fear of risk to broken somethin'

can someone explain it to me , please, and excuse me

p.s. another thing i've noticed , in the mask theres the 2 hoses holes but there aren't any hoses HT have made for P2, why?

It just pulls apart in two halves, right and left. If you're worried about breaking something, just warm it up with a hair dryer first till it softens up, then it should come apart easy. It's actually a lot tougher stuff than you might think, in spite of any horror stories you've read here.

Yeah, Hot Toys forgot to add the hoses! They were in the movie, but you only really saw them when Harrigan removed P2's mask. I added some hoses to mine, but still have no clear idea where the other ends connect... there are no obvious places to attach them to on the armour, so I just tucked them behind his dreads.

If anybody has pics or screen grabs from the movie showing where the other ends of the bio hoses connect, please post them here!

The upper armour is in two parts, joined together by two arrow shaped clips, at the back. Off the figure, it should be easy to see these two clips. Just push the arrow heads together to allow the sharp ends to clear the plastic slot it slips into. Once apart, you should be able to slide the arrow heads in. Once they clear the plastic slot, the arrow head should expand, by natural physics, to lock the two halves of the armour together.

You should be able to put the armour on without separating the back half of the armour. Doesn't mean it has to go on that way. Once on, you just have to force the front section on, over the protruding nipple. Wha laaarrrr. Done.

Just got a Chopper Pred on eBay. If you have one, what do you think of it and was $150 worth it with one broken hose?

Opened, displayed for a short time and then boxed back up. Almost won the alien too, but dude outbid me at the last second, literally. Coulda had the alien for like $105. Didn't want the Elder. Looks good to me.

Be careful the Chopper is the worst Predator in history to assemble!

I just picked up another new Chopper @ Northside collectibles for $135.42 shipped during one of my late night internet searches last night. I'm stoked! I wish I could come across a Scar for around that...thats the last one I need.

How long ago was that Jamal? I know a Scar will eventually cross my path at the right price. I just have to show some patience...easier said than done though!
I put my disassembled Chopper on eBay and will replace the busted armor with the armor I bought from you. That Elder stuff came at the right time!

btw guys i did want to know if someone know what material is the P2 armor , cause mine have a little breakage problem from when arrived in the box, the right shoulder armor

i did want to know which type of glue don't ruin the material

i have loctite super-attak , tamiya cement for plastic models, and cyanocrylate glue, for now...

which type suggest me?

Thats a hell of a deal SB82! Congrats! I was watching those auctions myself...glad someone here got them.

It does seem the prices are stabilizing from the craziness these figures were fetching a month ago. So hopefully anyone who needs one will be able to without re mortgaging their home. I just hope to pick an unassembled Scar up for under $300 bucks....I know..I know...I'm dreaming. But I can always hope!
