My first impressions are that it's going to take a while to get use to the controls. I've played Call of Cuty 4 for so long and the controls are perfect on that. These seem really sluggish even with the adjustments under options. I think it's something that will just take a bit. Visually it looks very good. Not jaw dropping like I expected, but very good. I think the movement and presentation is what makes it seem so graphically impressive as opposed to the actual textures and things of that nature. The sound is perhaps the best I've heard in a video game. You'll want this one turned up loud with a good surrond sound.

create a new profile and PSN account, but set the region to UK (you can also make a Japanese account too) and Killzone 2 is on the front page of the Euro PSN site.

Since I don't go home for another 2 hours, lets list the control scheme, since most of you are saying that you have to get use to it.

its nothing like the Call of Duty games. to aim down the sights you have to click R3 (right stick), clicking the R3 (left stick) sprints, L1 is melee, R2 is duck/ take cover, R1 is fire, R2 is grenade, X is jump, Circle is for healing downed enemies, Triangle switches to pistol, Square reloads, Left on the pad switches to knife. haven't played enough of it to find anything else out yet.

yeah its not too bad, i'm on my second play through and its a small learning curve.
*****the sound is awesome!!!! if you have a nice 5.1 setup make sure to crank it up!!!!!!

you see that's your 1st mistake ....you play games with the controller grandpaw not the remote
