Actually now that you mention it, it does. Guess it wasn't too noticeable. Better that though than having thin little arms and use all complaining that ours had snapped.

No I'd rather have the thin little arms that snap. At least they could be glued back and everything would be fine. Theres nothing we can do to make it look better with the way it is. Painting the rims black won't improve the appearance any more than the flesh colour they are now.

Thats where I got mine from they were ^^^^ hot on the shipping for those as well. Think I ordered them on the Monday evening and they arrived at my workplace on Thursday.

But as normal from play don't buy from them if you like to keep in the packaging. Regular as clockwork any box that comes from them has had the crap kicked out of it in transit.

Interestingly one came in a padded envelope and another in a cardboard sheath inside a bag. Very weird.

I didn't get the endo as I got the last one they release and I didn't want one with a monkey face

You don't get the base with that one either do you ?

I've only ever bought one thing off play.com, the Chris Redfield resi 5 figure, it hardly fit in the box the top part was all bent over. Play.com shipping is very good but getting one off ebay could possibly be faster.

No I don't think you get a base with the endo. I'm gonna pass on this one as well and buy the previous one released.

Yes its another endo. Not holding my breath on it being 'improved' though. The one in this wave was supposed to be 'improved' and its anything but with that headsculpt.

Playmates is making figures from T1 and T2...hopefully NECA can make T1 figures soon too.

i cant believe ppl are complaining about the pescardo head sculpt, its looks terrific and accurate and who looks at arnie from the top of his head? cmon, srsly. the nitpicking has now begun.

Interesting indeed. Playmates are the kiddy ones though aren't they? I wouldn't buy those but I wonder exactly what their T1 license covers (likenesses?) and if they can get it, definitely, can NECA and Hot Toys get it too...because honest to god it'd be about time we had proper T1 figures, with full likenesses and no kiddy gimmicks as I expect these playmates ones will have.

Still nothing from BBTS where I ordered mine from. At least since I'm getting 2 sets of each series I'll have 2 chances to get good paintjobs.

And I can't wait to see how the 12" fits in with my 1/6th scale collection. I hope they have seperately sculpted sunglasses on him and not the way its done on the 7".

My main beef with them right now is the Man or Machine figure - it turned out vastly inferior to the prototype. Theres a distinct lack of detail on the endo-arm and its way too bloodied.

The nitpicking began ages ago! I did and continue to do my share. Its just the prototype pictures put my expectations very high and theres been a bigger drop-off in the production figures than I'm used to with other companies.

Still excited as hell to be getting these. The lack of likeness on the McFarlane MM4 ranks as one of the biggest toy disappointments I've ever experienced! But thanks now to NECA, I can even make that figure live up to its potential all these years later using the spare head from the new battle damaged figure. Just hoping for an unmessy paintjob.

The man or machine is definitely worth getting along side the pescadero figure, just for the swappable heads.

I can imagine if you're not very used to NECA, you can be dissappointed with how they turned out. I own many NECA figures and am pretty much used to what production quality is and I think that all things considered, these two are actually some of their better production figures, and I'm glad I'm not hearing breakage reports like with the Alien and Aliens figures.

At this point, I'm game for any T1 figures, we don't have hardly anything from that film, hopefully if Playmates is willing to go there and does ok enough, NECA will follow suit.

My Toys R Us had all 3 in the other day, I picked up the Pescadero Arnie, pretty nice for the scale/cost.

I was going to say I don't think they ship to Ireland, which is why I hadn't used them before but I just found play.com Ireland (as opposed to play.com UK) and they have them in stock dammit!!

edit - Oh, and now I've just checked my account on BBTS - they've charged me for my order of 2 sets of this first series. So they are indeed expecting them in very soon it would seem. How much cheaper would they have been from play.com Ireland with free delivery thats the question. Oh well.
