It would be intriguing if David ends up being good or "saves the day". Right now, it seems all signs are pointing that he will go insane and pull an Ash-type performance, but all these viral adds about David could just be misleading us or this is something that we aren't connecting yet since we haven't seen the film.

I don't want to be around when David runs into something that does not compute and then short circuits and starts eating people. Fassbender was really unnerving in that clip. Serial killer unnerving.
