My boots won't stay attatched at all anymore. The only thing I can think of is when I switched it over to the KP for that short time the ankle hole were smaller and wore down the boot pegs so now they won't fit into the legs. Any idea on what else I can use or modification that will remedy this problem?

An easy fix would be to wrap a layer of masking/painters tape around the peg to thicken it up a bit.

look on ebay you can get them painted and unpainted just ask the seller
