Congrats! at least it went to a fellow freak.
Here's two quick shots of my Vader with my Marmit/SS/HT bashed Stormie.
I picked up the ROTJ cape and cut the clasp from 9 links to 4 links. The material of the Star Wars cape is not that different from the ROTJ cape. He still has the original tunic on. I don't want to use the ROTJ tunic mainly because of the pleats.

Thanks man. That's one thing I love about Darth in Star Wars - he wasn't really refined. Sometimes his clasp showed, sometimes not. Same with his helmet. Sometimes the helmet was over the collar, sometimes not. Hell his dome changed positions from scene to scene. So there's lots of display options.
Yeah Marmits are hard to beat - especially with help from SS and HT parts.
I just missed that Darth auction too. He showed on my search results, I clicked the link and it was already gone. Highlander1 was quick on the draw.

Surely that has to be a one off, right? He didn't devalue that much, did he?Anyway, the pegs do come out of these boots, right? I can't get them out. Maybe a little hot water would do?

Would it look alright if you used ESB/RotJ hands on ANH Vader? It would certainly solve the problem if so.
To me, the Ex. hand looks more like a slightly bent pointy finger than the force choke hand it's supposed to be. But yeah, too few hand.
I guess you could but it would bother me.
