Cobra Command is pure ego. He isn't going to dress to match troopers. He is going to stand out from them.

If they would have made his outfit black he would be 100% liked by all Joe fans. Instead, he is the only Joe figure not on my shelf.

That's a good point. Haven't thought of it that way. I've often wondered why everyone hates CCC too.

I may be that one guy that thinks the red CCC is the better way of showing him off. Cloth hoods and chrome masks on the other hand is a completely different story.

I don't see the need for 2 of the exclusive heads. I doubt I'll ever pose him with the ex head. I'm probably going to use the extra head for a kit bash. I think he'd work for Law or even Red Star.

I'll get the second CG from Alterego or gohastings.

All of the Freds look identical, so having 2 exclusives and displaying both heads would perfectly fit continuity.

I can't remember if I ordered an exclusive and cancelled it (which is what I did with the Viper), or just never ordered one. The helmets are much too killer to display any other way. It's why I've always liked these figures.

I see they pushed him back to August. I was reading the description and it says he comes with a "fabric" jacket, shirt and pants. Was that the way it was originally stated? I do not remember. If not, does this mean our cry's have been heard about the pleather? Anyone hear anything?

Sideshow (interview) said Destro and Baroness were going to finish out the year 2012...but we know that's not going to happen..
(Remembering Zartan and Rock n Roll's supposed 2011 4th quarter release)

seems every figure thats goes up for pre-order gets 9-10 month wait till actual release...

We scored a repainted head for FF, I wouldn't count on Sideshow resigning an entire uniform though.

Only time will tell. I hope I'm wrong.
