I don't really think that looks any better than the shiny leather. Even more worried given the recent issues with Sideshow using that material, from Indy to the T-800 PF.

Actually, the Hot Toys Thriller jacket seems flatter than that to me.

I would hope that they would have learned from this one. But considering they pretty much left customers holding the bag on that issue, maybe they didn't feel there was any real incentive to change. Just don't let the material come in contact with any paint!

You could go for an update and get one of the S&W 460V that come with Hot Toys Resident Evil Alice or search around for the S&W 686 that came with Hot Toys Blade Trinity Abigail Whistler.

The CG's are supposed to be in a military dress uniform so I don't know think the uniforms should be real tight, but I also don't know why SS would make a military dress uniform in pleather.

In the comic the suits just always looked like some sort of heavy material, nothing ever gave me the idea of pleather. In fact originally they wore red flightsuit type stuff, but then it was changed to a more jacketed ceremonial look to go along more with CC's outfit.

not real tight but form fitting, they nailed it in the Cobra Commander Dio, the Cg's are the best thing about the dio, when I got my dress uniforms in the marines they were realy tight, but not to the point of splitting if I sat down.

Just don't want them turning them into something resembling spandex. You'd think that a nice cloth would have been their first thought on these.

I thought something along the lines of CCC would've been their first though. Something like this vinyl is something Cobra Commander would wear while his SeeGees stand guard in a uniform like the one he's wearing.

If it's the same material they used for the T1 T-800 PF, expect issues.
