i'm passing on the stickers too. i don't plan on ever exposing the arm for display purposes. i can probably just paint it on the arm myself if i feel that i need it. the stickers are a nice touch though. glad MD could offer them to us.

This could go in any of the Cobra photo threads, but since SS is the most recent I will stick it here :)

Awesome set up, King!!

The link for Monkey Depot stickers is dead so is the one they have linked in their photo review.

Water slide decals are pretty damn sweet in my experience. They aren't cheap and flimsy like the sticker decals you get with GI Joe vehicles or something. Of course, I guess it depends on the quality of the decal paper they are printed on.

Ultra mega BADASS!!!!!!!!!!! :rock :rock :rock :rock :rock

My exact plan!!!!! I might cover his neck with my white sash but otherwise exactly what my SS will look like, any tips on the pegs to fit his hands or the feet pegs as well?

Hot Toys wrist pegs will fit into the Pro hands. To get them snug you just need to wrap the peg that goes into the hand with plumber's tape once or twice. I use HT ankle pegs in place of the Pro ankle peg (the Pro pegs are just a pain to yank out [soak the boots for a good few minutes in very hot water], I changed both SE and the Trooper's boot pegs to TT. For SS I've used TT feet with the Ignite White ninja boots (it adds a nice touch of realism with the cloth boots), because I think the Pro bootfeet on him look ugly and over-sized. I might add a doily or something to cover SS neck to look right, but I think the exposed neck makes him look badass.

Yup that's how I plan on doing mine. I replaced the cloth gauntlets with 1/4" white grossgrain ribbon and plan on loosely wrapping it around his right forearm so the tattoo will be exposed just like in Silent Interlude.

Can you post more pics of the ribbon wrapping? It looks like you moved or removed the pics, so I didn't get a chance to see them.

There is a big difference. Water decals are good, but if you can paint clean edges, it would be more permanent.

It looks like it would be easy to use stencils to paint the tattoo, since it is a series of rectangles.

Hoping to swap bodies tonight and do a couple other quick mods but figured I toss up a couple more base figure shots.
