Yup that's how I plan on doing mine. I replaced the cloth gauntlets with 1/4" white grossgrain ribbon and plan on loosely wrapping it around his right forearm so the tattoo will be exposed just like in Silent Interlude.

No dude, that was Monkey Depot as you can see their watermark on the image with the tattoo.
Good thing they sell them in two's so the guy who put that on, can remove it and put the extra on in the correct place. My concern is how well they'll hold up. Most of the decals on my models have peeled off over the years, despite a nice thick coat of clearcoat.

Did you add a little padding to the shoulder/trap area so that the raised area at the base of the hood comes flush to the cape? Little hards to explain myself, hope that makes sense.
Add a set of Commander Praji gloves and you have the ultimate hooded CC.
