I wouldn't call it begging, I simply asked Greg for a Bossk bust. Plus I only said it 3 times in chat because the FLOOD of requests. CHECK THE LOGS!
I think the motto for Spook 2009 should be "It never hurts to ask" or maybe "Go big or go home". I wasn't the only person that was given great items just for asking.
But again, THANK YOU SIDESHOW FOR EVERYTHING. I will cherish every item I got this Spook. Every freebie was great this year.

FINISHED MY SECOND EXAM PAPER TODAY!! Wo0T!
Spook was really fun and extremely tiring ! Being in the opposite timezone + 2 exams in 4 days + lack of sleep almost blew my brains & eyes out.
This was my 1st spooktacular and i will definitely be back next year! Even though i dont stand a chance in the chat contest, it was great chatting with you folks inside the channel. Especially..

To dash some of Faken's inhuman skills I think the chat contests also rely heavily on vicinity of the net backbone in relation to the sideshow servers....therefore giving milliseconds to seconds advantage to some people. <adjusts nerd glasses>. A few times when contests were run I had a wall of text blurt out at nearly the same time the question was displayed and I'm on a pretty solid cable connect.
I do thank Dennis for running a few of the "delayed response" contests near the end though. Hopefully we'll see more of those in the future.

I don't think every trivia winner relied on the internet alone. Some people just knew it. The guy that answered the Admiral Ozzel (or was it Piett?) question gave the answer in a fraction of a second. Definitely knew his stuff and deserved that prize.
