By the way, I have to give Sideshow credit for matching Jabba's coloring with Rotta's! Impressive for being released years apart.

That's stood out with me on Rotta and the recent Jabba dio, I'm big on consistency like that and it's impressive to see all 3 look like they belong together.

Bottom line: the character is taller than the actor....

Again Vader/Anakin should be taller then 6'1, It's kinda weak that now the reason Vader is tall is because of prosthetic limbs rather than being a just being a unit, (OT)not to mention it would have been cooler to have Vader design his own armour than it be one of Palpaltine's pre-made fantasy Gimp suit it appeared to be in ROTS

But anyway I won't be getting this fig for now, it looks great just and had the intention to order it earlier it just never happened.

You can actually get a bit of movement out of them... not as much as the V2 Batman Begins figure, but better than we usually see from Sideshow.

In person, does it really resemble Hayden that much? From the pics, I'm seeing a strange Hayden/cartoon hybrid. There's something I can't put my finger on . . . Maybe it's the nose.

Trevor told me he did this as a straight up portrait and it certainly looks like it in person. The only element from the animated model is the hair. It is vastly superior to the ROTS sculpt, IMO.

i see Hayden a lot in the sculpt. unfortunately the paint doesn't help as usual. at least he doesn't have lipstick and mascara.
