They said they would bever do horses but they never said anything about not doing ponies.

It looks like he's arming his bow in the scrambled pic, so I doubt that would look natural if his hands were interchangeable with daggers.

Someone mentioned the exclusive might be the lothlorien quiver and bow Galadriel gave to him. That rung right to me.

Allright, I'm being serious here, this is a legitimate attempt at what I'm seeing. It looks like Legolas is arming his bow. It also looks like there are shadows standing behind him, in white robes maybe.

So I'm wondering if it may be a diorama and not a PF. Maybe the scene from the woods where the fellowship is approached and unarmed by the wood elves prior to meeting Galadriel.

I tried to trace Legolas in red and the lurking shapes in blue.

Yeah, they may just be trees. The trees in Lothlorien (SP) were just white if I recall.

my guess is that background is simply that, a background image to the PF Legolas statue.

Yep, if you step back from the image, it becomes easier to see. It is Legolas for sure whether or not it is PF.
