If you go by comic origins, with non-organic web-shooters----Petey's really in a lot of trouble.

Plus, Spidey carries Superman's badge of honor. Batman would kick his balls and knock his teeth in.

Advantage : Rambo. The dude beat an entire Russian army, and even convinced the Afghan fighters to leave their caves to fight, and not blow themselves up while doing it.
