I completely agree and human error is pretty normal. But If there is an error, you have other people inspecting the whole job before it passes the QC. And just to hurry the production process, you cannot stamp the faulty ones as QC PASSED. I am no one to comment on other companies QC procedures as I do not know their internal methods. But if I owned such a company which requires extra care to be taken and find out the minutest flaws, I would have hired two teams at two different levels of the QC department before it finally ended up in the packaging department. People might say that it is easier to be said than done but I feel it all depends on how you want to run your company and manage your staff and how passionate you are about doing all this. If you have what it takes then it is more easier to be done than being said.

There's three things I can reply to you:

1. Theoretically, the system is perfect. But we all know its impossible; there's only maximizing efficiency. Not just quality but there are alot of other business people involved who makes the decisions.

2. Pressure to pass. I would say that the production people rule the company. Quality people's paycheck came from production. Directly and Indirectly, I got layoff for doing my job; I stoped production because an idiot punched in the wrong batch code. If I let it go on, the whole batch would've been produced but rejected ultimately. And quality would be blame but I keep my job. Reject it, 1/3 into the production process, and production would be to blame but I might ended up getting fired. They'll find a way to make me look bad(revenge).

3. If you own a company and you hire two teams then you wouldn't be much of a business person. The company wouldn't be efficient. And you'll be micro-managing people/resources. Trust me, I've seen batch inspected and reinspected. Its all based on who's careful, pays attention to detail, and have a care.

I will have the Hulk comiquette back tomorrow. My friend repainted the whole thing into gray version and the buzz hair cut is gone too. By the sound of it, it should be a home run remake. Stay tune, will post pictures as long as it get here.

Next week gonna be Rulk, using the same comiquette with the same body but different head.

REALLY looking forward to seeing this! :wave I saw it very briefly cuz I was over there dropping something off for a paint touch up.
