No idea, but chances are that the regular boxes have it as well. I think the only difference is the sticker that marks it as an exclusive.

Actually it's my Hot Toys Mark II. I made it a little different from what everyone else has.

I put these little adhesive strips in the eye areas to make him look more squinty like he should.

Starting to think I'm cursed!

First venom had a chipped tooth right below the eyes
Second venom (replacement) has a large, white paint smear in the back:

WHY CAN'T I GET A NORMAL ONE!!!

aye, it looks like they brushed against him accidentally with a white brush or cloth or something. There's now way you can wipe that off right? try scraping a tiny bit off with the edge of your nail and see if it comes off because it looks external to the blue/black paint.

Geeeezzzz, the QC needs to step up. If you got a bad one the first time, they should have double checked the second one before they sent it out. Time and money are wasted on having to send it back and forth.

Geeeezzzz, the QC needs to step up. If you got a bad one the first time, they should have double checked the second one before they sent it out. Time and money are wasted on having to send it back and forth.

I'd be more mad about the time. We wait so long for these things to ship out and then you have to wait even longer to get a new one.

Well, thanks for all the replies, especially fuzzy and Computerfly. Took a little rubbing alcohol and was able to remove the white paint smear without affecting the black paint. So it must have been external paint like fuzzy suggested.

My thanks to all of you, I finally have a Venom I can keep and be proud of! It's only my 2nd Marvel piece next to Thor PF exclusive.
