Hey fuzz, how long have you been collecting? I ask because you're new(ish) to the forum.

I myself didn't join until late last year but I've been collecting things here and there. Mind you, my SS collection is tiny but I've been collecting a ton of other stuff over the years. I say that like it's been such a long time but I'm still a student .

Venom is the first SS piece I've purchased in a loonnngggggg while.

I been collecting stuff for a while though, I still have some old beer cans from last year, but I'll throw that away soon! I have some GI Joe's but all the head are torn off! Just have a few SS pieces.

I'm enjoying myself here and the community has been great (except for some overzealous peeps/snobs who take themselves too seriously ;p). Debating has been fun though.

I was really excited when I got Venom because of his detail and huge size. Really felt like they made the character pop out. I'm from the quality > quantity school and really only will buy pieces I really like the look of. Venom is definitely one of them

Congrats on finishing med school! I'm in health sciences as well, though I've yet to finish. Looks like we come from the same school when it comes to quality as well.

Yeah can't wait for that. Hopefully, the whole line will be just as good and not just the first one like the X-men dioramas. Oh we'll make the first one mostest awesomest so everyone just has to buy the rest... bleh.

That's one I'm really waiting for. A good spidey portryal!

He and wolvie are my fav so that's a big one for me. "Back in black" was awesome (to me the best spidey yet) and I was thinking of getting another to custom. Just need to see the Olivetti one now. Looking at the PWNAGE Venom and Carnage pose, I hope Spidey is in a really dynamic action pose that fits in with them.

I would actually love for someone to do an awesome Mcfarlane Spidey. Love his art but not sure if it would translate well into a piece (possible better in diorama form). Still have first 20 issues of spawn but story got to dark for my young mind at that time.

Woo you read Spawn too? I wish SS would make something in his line, but they probably need for him to get popular again and I don't see that happening with some of Mcfarlane's weird moves recently.

Nice man. Venom got me back into comics for a while too.

Those are 2 out of 3 of my fav stats. I look at SS profile and past stats and they just seem to be getting better and better for the most part. I see the sculptors improving heaps from the earlier work and just evolving their art. I'm kinda like a quality over quantity dude who hates the overcrowded look, so I'll probably end up displaying 5 or so stats in my main penthouse and putting the rest in my other crib, and Venom, Mystique and 'Back to Black' spidey are on the top of the list so far

Hmm...I actually don't like how the 'eyes' bulge out on the Iron Spider and Back in Black comiquettes.
