Re: Venom Comiquette - TO ORDER REGULAR - Link in 1st Post

Maybe we should chain question Sideshow or post a question in the Ask Sideshow thread of the boards regarding whether or not that print is complete? The Venom art is perfect, but the lack of a background really makes that picture look like a cheap quater-machine sticker. We might get Chicky to ask for us?

i hate to say it, but it's not just the background that needs help at this time.
though maybe it's the background that's taking away from the rest of the print.

That can't be the final print. Skiman's recent work is better than this. No offense Ski.

I don't like the style of Venom's mouth. I like my symbiotes to have full lips.

That's the way I read it too. Look like this is it, in all it's glory. Nothing else to do about it.

Re: Venom Comiquette - Link in 1st Post

For $15 savings for me I'll keep my Ex, shiz that isn't even worth saving... *blows horn*

Re: Venom Comiquette - Link in 1st Post

I take back my it looks ok comment... it actually looks real bad. That might result in a cancel now. By the way are the prints numbered too or is it just the figures?

Re: Venom Comiquette - Link in 1st Post

Yea but it's a measly $15 bucks, that's what I don't understand, the low ES should be enough for these folks and if they don't like the print then don't hang it up. My understanding most ppl don't even frame these and keep the art in the box anyways... :dunno

Re: Venom Comiquette - Link in 1st Post

still haven't decided on if I want to get this or not but I really want it. It all comes down to how much money I have when it's ready to come out. Can't hurt to put in a pre-order though.:D

Why waste $15 measly bucks on a piece of paper that will be never be displayed? It is actually $25 bucks if you get it at other retailers for $224.99.
