Re: Article: Iron Man 3 - Mark XXXIII - OMG Photo Review

I Love this suit for the most part.. the mid section just seems too thick for some odd reason. It doesn't seem as flexible as some of the other suits, as if Tony would seem stuck if he was actually in it.

I wish it was slimmer in the waist and thicker in the shoulders.

Also, I wish the thigh had more solid silver instead of the strips. All that unbroken red seems weird.

Great head sculpt though.
The battle damage is nice too.
Wasn't expecting that.

Re: Article: Iron Man 3 - Mark XXXIII - OMG Photo Review

I think the waist is pretty accurate to what it has to be for someone to fit in it.

This looks so good, wish I had the room to justify it...

Re: Article: Iron Man 3 - Mark XXXIII - OMG Photo Review

Ooh, such a nice figure.

Great pics as always, OMG.

One of the best looking armors IMO. Can't wait to get him in my display. Now to figure out how to get a hold of the Con Ex release, PYTHON. ..

IM figures are like Jell-O. There's always room for more.

I've ordered from Ebay tons of time when I first started collecting. Loontentoys and Timcent are very trustworthy sellers if you're looking to buy overseas

oh yeah I agree, but the Toy Fairs figures are selling for $400+, if you order from SSC, then you would be a fool to pay that much.

Re: Article: Iron Man 3 - Mark XXXIII - OMG Photo Review

Eh I don't mind paying that much if I really wanted it. I did pay 400 for a Mark VI. XD

Yeah I paid a lot for my VII BD and Avengers VI, but I didnt have the option to buy them from SSC for retail, if I did I would have logically chose to spend less

We all have done it. I paid $162.00 for a Scarlet Witch Kotobukiya Bishoujo Statue. But I see people are now paying over 250.00 for her. So I don't feel that bad, plus I really wanted her.

My limit for a IM figure is around $250, for BW is around $200, therefore, I cannot afford secondary markets. Anything more than that requires some serious justifications. So far the only 2 things that have broken that limit are the 89 Batmobile and the standalone Bat Armory (can't afford the two guys).

I have brought some exclusive 1/8 Yamato Girls Collection figures (Space Battleship Yamato 2199) for around $120 each and that's about my limit as well.

that seems sensible enough, I hate buying HT in the aftermarket, sometimes there are insane markups
