I agree with you. I just see what happened with the 89 Joker and the Avatar figure, as both sell a good deal under retail right now. Also when you factor in that this is the most expensive predator ever released, and it's been released in to a collectors market that is way oversaturated with predator collectibles it seems kind of obvious. Granted I dont have a crytal ball, and I can't know for sure, but I do think this guy will drop in price or at the very least stay around the same price. The question for me is can I wait long enough to find out before I buy this beauty.

there's 3 point why i said the price of this figures is gonna be high..

1. well as far as i know for the AVP there's no dropped price so far
2. this figures is the first of the AC series
3. the PO price is too high so rarely buyer or scalper will heap a mounting of stock

We really don't know how many of these HT has made.

If there's still quite a few of us that want one, but every retailer is sold out, price goes up.

If everyone who wants one has it and there's still more sitting in stockrooms, price will go down.

my best guess HT will remake only 1 figures per year,
so far HT only remake P2 city hunter and no news about 1/4 pred yet

i also believe HT only remake the main caracter for every movie and not all the figures they ever made,
example: P2 city hunter, AVP-R Wolf, Predator, AVP Scar
