-American Werewolf in London- (wolf and zombie friend last stage)
-Creepshow- (the creature from the crate)
-Return of the living Dead- (Tarman)
-Frightnight- (scary female vampire)
-Gary Oldman as Dracula (old man -- Hot Toys will make the costume like it should)

Granted the movie was highs and lows, but as far as collectibles go, some HT Masters of the Universe figures could be cool, Skeletor and He-Man, they've got Dolph Lundgren's face for Ivan Draggo in the Rocky line, just give him some fem hair, they've got the muscular upper and lower body, they'd be the best company to pull of the character.

Actually, I'd like HT to tackle the Orcs, Uruk-Hai and other meanies of Jackson's LOTR.
HT's expertise in muscular bodies and the soft "skins" for the aliens is perfect to do these figures.

Adam West and Burt Ward Batman and Robin with a 1/6 Batmobile since we can dream.

I'll throw another vote in for Escape from New York. Also I would love some good Judge Dredd figures. Movie or Comic versions. Lots of potential there. Other possibilities (although not from the 80's):

the new Battlestar Galactica
Firefly/Serenity
