I ask because Sideshow is saying they don't have any replacements for the exlcusive PZ and I'm wondering if I can get them to send me the body of a regular as a replacement. Thanks for the help!

I am not at home right now but I believe when I first got it I tried to see if it was removable and I do not believe so. I am pretty sure it is glued in place.

I don't know if it is supposed to be, but on mine that just arrived it is. Oh, wait, no, that's not just the hand, it's the whole freaking right arm that is "removable", as in completely snapped in half just below the shoulder.

If they can't get me a replacement, this may just be the last straw for me.

I agree, 13 is the best. I am happy with 009 as it came out in 2009. My other numbered 098 not so much..

If you have two, you can't complain.

Ahh, I should read better next time. I figured it was the outstretched arm because they seem to be shipping unprotected and have no padding.

Completely unacceptable solution. I paid full price, I want a full product. If they want to offer me a 25% (or better) refund, then I might consider it.

I don't blame you. A repaired item isn't the same.

I know the damage on my 1/6 Vader isn't bad (one of his tusks), but it kills me that he got damaged during shipping and I'll have to fix him.

Yep, it was packed like that. When I removed the styrofoam, and touched the plastic bag that covered the statue, I noticed something felt "wobbly".

Oh, and BTW, there was no damage to the styrofoam, inner box or outer shipping box. ALl were perfect.

That really sucks RoboDad, that is by far the worse damage I've seen to this PF. Mine's just paint damage so I replied back to Sideshow to see if there was a possibilty they could repair it. I imagine it would only take a few minutes of one of their painter's time to fix it.

The thing that really pisses me off about them not having any replacements for the exclusive is that you know they are holding a couple back for contests. If they do, I'll be pissed. There should be no reason they can't repalce a damaged item so they can give a perfectly fine one away later.
