All I'm saying is I don't blame the guy for getting to a point where he's had enough. If that's too hard for you to understand then there isn't much else to say.

Well that makes more sense then.

In all honesty I don't blame the guy for being frustrated either. I'm just saying his reaction to being frustrated was just as childish as his daughters facebook rant.

Agreed it was. I just remember dealing with a little girl from 5-7 and she was VERY difficult. I can't imagine her today at nearly 12 and then at 15 or 16. She pushed me to the edge a few times and say stuff or do stuff you never thought you would do LOL.....nothing extreme mind you, but I never thought I'd even spank this kid because she wasn't "mine", but lets just that thought changed haha.

God bless teachers. Julie teaches 4th grade. I spent half a day with her and wanted to beat many young ***** by days end. :rotfl

To get paid what they make and have to put up with the kids and their crazy parents I think I would rather flip burgers.

The father might be justified in what he did... for all we know, that child of his could've gone Super-Saiyan.

How hard is it for you to see pulling a gun on a laptop that belongs to a child and shooting it is grossly immature? I'm guessing it's very hard for you given your responses. My parents raised me better than that. As pissed as I probably made my parents growing up my father never raised a firearm and shot one of my possessions. He parented me.

I don't get why you say it belonged to her when he clearly states that he bought it and the repairs. She doesn't own ____. Just cause its in her possession doesn't make it hers. Clearly she's a little snot who thinks she entitled to things just because she was born.

So, I just see a man shooting his own property. People do that every day, whether it be a glass jar, something from an Ex, a pumpkin. I've seen people shoot at things way weirder then a laptop on TV.

He was just sending a message to her by way of her "generation"

My two cents.

You have now made the guy even more dumb in my opinion. :lol

I seem to recall the man saying it was HER laptop in the video. Because he said that, he said it was her property. You can't say it is his because he paid for it AND say it is hers. It belongs to one or the other. He didn't say, "our laptop". You cannot have it both ways.
I believe his quote was : "This is your laptop" or it was "That is your laptop". Furthermore, why would he shoot his OWN laptop? :cuckoo:

"Recognize this car? This is the car I've been letting you drive around with with your friends. I just spent $130 on oil, oil filters, grease, air filters, and anti-freeze, and I spent a few hours doing maintenance on it. Well, you posted disrespectful stuff about me on facebook, so now, life is going to get a whole lot harder for you. See, this is my .45 with exploding bullets, and now I'm going to shoot it up.. first a few rounds in the body, hey, what the heck, lets break out my .357 magnum, and I'll put a few holes in the engine block...Now for the gas tank! Up in flames! Yeee Haaa! This is for all your friends who thinks it's cool what you wrote" If he did that, it would be more obvious what a nut job he is.

Yup, cause I bet the title and insurance would be in his name, making it technically his car. It's called hers for simplicity sake, and for that reason only. No differently then him buying a computer and letting his child use it. She abused it, and he put an end to it. What he does with his property and how he treats it is his own deal. And in the end it's obvious that the message was received.

Yeah the gun can be perceived as immature, but to each their own.

There is a million ways to parent, but (and I'm just assuming this cause I don't have kids) it all depends on the kids personality which direction parenting takes (for example would they rather stay in and read a book or play video games vs sneaking out the house to go to a party), and how to discipline (the old spanking is not PC vs. "I got the belt you should to" debate).

And at the end of the day we don't know what she is like to live with. And it seems he was a his wits end with her.
