Statue PCS Rambo license

Yes, the size is original, position just got moved. I really don't think the size is off, just how much is showing.
It's hard to tell for me. it looks pretty good either way, I guess it's more of a preference really. The biggest issue for me besides the hair would be the chest scars. No reason that shouldn't be fixed before production.
I really like this statue, if I can give any feedback (vs criticism) is that he's too clean. I know the scene in the movie involves Rambo being in waterfalls etc but I think some darkening him up with grime etc would bring out the details in the sculpt.
Is it me or is the arrow a little too big?

the eyes and the hair are quite far off, no doubt about that imho.
It goes up for PO on the 17th of this month. The price is probably going to be around $900.
Price and size means they don't instantly sell out but you won't be able to pick one up way down the line instantly.
I'm really on the fence ... I want a great Rambo statue to go with Blitzway's Rocky but I'm not sure this is it.
The face looks cartoony and the body looks too thick.
The arrow hand is upside down, which is fine if notching th arrow but the fingers seem to indicate he's about to draw it back.
Don't like the grenade base at all and don't understand why its there. At 1/3 scale this thing is already going to be huge.
Apparently they are fixing the arrow length and hair though.
Believe it or not, I'm generally pretty easy to please with statues. This one is unique in irritating me in multiple ways.
Maybe I'm more picky with Stallone or maybe I'm spoiled with Blitzway's Rocky...

I couldn't agree more. I really want an end all be all Stallone Rambo piece. Enterbays Rambo already fills that void.....mostly. I've always wanted the "iconic" red head band look from 2, but this just seems like there's more misses than hits. The hair, cartoony facial features, hand posture, inaccurate body scars, overly long arrow, and unnecessary large grenade base. At least most of those things were addressed, but a lot of these issues were not even mentioned or noticed. It would be nice if we could see some of the changes before dropping almost a grand for this. I also think it's odd how Jerry constantly feels the need to criticize other company's work to help justify his being "better." Not only did he say blitzways Rocky was off, but recently he said that he "googled Enterbays Rambo" and the likeness isn't "very good." What do statements like that accomplish?
I really want this statue, but so far the bad has outweighed good for me.

I agree with both of you, I also have the Blitzway Rocky II statue and that statue makes it really hard to want to get this Rambo, it has to be the most accurate statue of Rocky/Stallone ever made, and I consider it the greatest bargain in my collection, $450 for a 1/4 statue and you get two statues/Butkus, how can you beat that price for what you get? Another thing I don't like is the two bumps under the lip on each side of the face, and like you said the physique is to thick and over muscled, it's totally wrong and out of proportion, so in the end you have to ask yourself do you want to spend a grand on a cartoon looking Rambo or wait for a better more realistic Rambo statue that may never come in the future? If this was 1/4 and priced at around $500 - $600 I wouldn't have any problems with ordering this, but for a grand $$$$$$ it has to be close to the Blitzway Rocky in accuracy.
Jerry saying Enterbay likeness isn't very good lol That's comical, maybe he's just saying it to convince collectors that his statues are on the highest level that's ever been produced. I think the Enterbay Rambo head sculpt is on par with the spot on accuracy level of the Blitzway Rocky.

I also saw Jerry laugh off comparison to NECA, yet in one of the sculpt progress shots, the multi angle images of NECA's Rambo 2 portrait are on the wall amidst the other reference photos, so obviously someone felt it was of value to look at to make this piece so don't get butt hurt cuz people think the cheap toy company got some features better.
