Petition For: 1/6 RE3 Nemesis figure by Hot Toys

Well since it seems the petition for a Hot Toys Jill got their attention here's one for my personal grail figure and perhaps the greatest B.O.W. ever devised by the Umbrella Corperation, the T-Type T02 Codename: Nemesis.

Here's what I would like to see it come with

Nemesis 15" tall, with 2 different headsculpts (one normal one growling with open mouth), removable leather trench coat that reveals the Nemesis body, detachable bendible tenticles that attach to the body, Rocket Launcher, 4 alternate hand sets (2 to grip weapon and 2 with open palms, the right open palm has a removable tenticle aswell). And perhaps an SS Exclusive with extra Mini-Gun with removable ammo belt.

You have my vote of yes for Nemesis. If there's any good left in this world, it must be made.

Well Jill was part of their RE5 license. If we want Nemesis, we should just petetion for a RE license in general. Something that covers all the games. Then they can release any character we want. It might give them an excuse to rerelease things like RPD Leon if they are technically from RE2 or their original games. Another character that would do well with the HT touch would be HUNK. I don't think Boba Ben would mind one of those

I said that more as an expression than anything else. I know there were alot of other things that made HT decide to make Jill.

Yeah. Petitions like these don't work. Not that I'm against them, but the odds of Nemesis being made is so slim that it borders on anorexia. But I guess my post here counts towards this petition.

Who knows but apperently they didn't have the licence for Jill either but decided to get the license to make her. I'm still kinda confused about the whole Jill license thing myself.

It's not 100% or anything, but these are the words from the interview

A: As for Jill Valentine, yes in speaking with our dealers and from what is discussed in the forums we know she is a very popular character so yes: I can say to her fans that you can look forward to Jill sometime in 2010!

so its just a little nod. I'm not saying it was completely due to the petition here but it's that little nod that makes me feel like our voices are heard, in the same regard when people critique a sculpt and in the end the sculpt gets changed.

i don't think this is necessarily a "petition", just a place where people who desire the same thing can possibly make their voices heard

None of the petitions for their MMS have seemed to go anywhere. And please, we all could tell a Chris Reeves Superman was in the pipeline for a long time.

As for Nemesis...I don't know. I think they would do figures from the new RE before getting anywhere near Nemesis or other classic big baddies.

Probably true and I have no problem if they continue the RE5 line (Executioner anyone?). Still I have a little hope HT will pick up the license for earlier RE games. It's a potential gold mine.

Petitions may or may not make a difference but when signed by enough people, it at least lets the company know there is a demand (even if it is small) for that particular item.
