My only wish with this pieces is that his saber arm were in a lil different position because the angle I'll want to display it at pretty much hides the arm all together, still a great looking item though.

All the PFs could work, but this one really is perfect for putting on a table that's centered in a room where you could see it from any angle, with the horns on his head, even back views can look dynamic and badass.

Anyone else notice the small plug and button on the back of the base?

Its going to light up:maul

I had actually thought about passing, but really like this pose. Probably won't line up for the exclusive though.

Yeah, it said that in the SWI someone posted. I wish I'd get my copy in the mail already.

I do wish the angle of the saber was a little different because he won't be able to go in an enclosed case easily.

I think it will work better then most of the other poses. Its a major improvment over Grevious who would be much more Case friendly if the back sabers were pointed foward.

This really is a great pose, and the QTVR confirms it.

I just love how his clothes flap at an angle, as if he just finished one of his twirls!

Pose is cool, but I have to ask since I'm new to the PF line and haven't ever seen one in person, will his clothes somehow be treated to maintain that effect or how would that work cuz if they just hang on him boringly, the pose may not carry the same effect it does now.

I would think they would do something, but now that I think of it too, this is the most action posed PF they've done, most of the others are more like publicity poses than in the moment designs with the exception of Vader and Obi-, but then that fight was more about dialogue and emotion than action so even in a duel pose, they're pretty static looking. Maul takes the PF line in a more Hasbro Unleashed type direction, which is nice.

I gotta say too, kudos to you Josh and everyone else starting these posts and spotting these things, I'm trying to keep up with the TF stuff and it's exhausting, especially cuz there are offerings besides Star Wars that I'm interested in learning about.

MaulFan, today has been a tough day for all of us -- 31 new Sideshow pieces (okay, 29, we knew about Maul and the Crack), plus all the new GG and MR stuff.

I just hope the actual days of the Toy Fair won't feel anticlimactic after all of this!

He looks great. I think it would be cool if he actually had a rotating base. You know you're going to want to look at him from all angles.
