Pose is cool, but I have to ask since I'm new to the PF line and haven't ever seen one in person, will his clothes somehow be treated to maintain that effect or how would that work cuz if they just hang on him boringly, the pose may not carry the same effect it does now.

Never seen one in person?! My gawd, where do you live? Aren't there any comic shops in your world?

Not that can afford those for merch, they barely have any SSC 1/6 figures, the ones I know of anyway, and my old hobby dealer I used to buy from stopped operating, plus he'd have never had them out of box anyhow so, nope, no chance to see one, and I have no SW collecting friends.

Looks much better than the initial pic that was posted from the Insider mag. I'd say there's a very good chance I'll be buying this.

I gotta say too, kudos to you Josh and everyone else starting these posts and spotting these things, I'm trying to keep up with the TF stuff and it's exhausting, especially cuz there are offerings besides Star Wars that I'm interested in learning about.

No problem. Just trying to make sure everyone gets to see everything as soon as it goes up. Plus since I can't do this during SDCC because I'm at the show I try to help out more during the others.

You need to get a laptop with wireless so you can walk SDCC upload pictures on the fly and keep that post count growing.

Well, I will be taking my laptop with me and it has wireless. Just not taking it into the Con. That's a bad idea too many people. I will be covering the show for Sandtroopers so I'll be covering a lot of stuff.

Thats just not going to cut it. I want to see you walking around with some sort of holder that puts it right in front of you so you can be posting the whole time:lol

Guess I'm in the minority, but I love the pose. I love everything about this but the exclusive aspect. Don't care about the ordering process as I won't bother with the exclusive anyway, but I wish it had been something with a little more thought behind it than the tired, overused droid aspect.

According to the new Q & A on Sideshow's site, the saber will light up but will only have batteries and no AC adapter.

This is a mystery. The Q&A clearly states that this will run on batteries, but the prototype very obviously has a space to plug it in.

I am going to trust the Q&A on this one, since they obviously double checked and researched before answering such a specific question. Maybe they decided that the adapter was too much trouble or would raise the price too much. I know that I have never used the adapters when available--they clutter up the display space. I prefer batteries.

So I think that while the prototype has the plug, the final production version will not.

With all the Darkness excitment last night I didn't get a chance to look at the QTVR of Maul. I think he looks fantastic. One of the better SW PFs IMO.

Congrats Josh!
