There's something weird going on with the Keanu likeness and headplay. Suddenly they're all gone, and the few that remain either are listed without Keanu's name or the item doesn't really exist.

I hate to break it to you guys but I bought two neo heads from them and they NEVER showed up. Contacted them and they said they shipped it to the wrong address and refused to send me the ones they had in stock. They didn't hesitate to refund me though. Real shady!

I'm actually waiting on a Neo head from minibarbie and I've bought from her before. She did prove me a tracking number for it. So I think she's OK.

Ordered about 5 different items back in Feb. After 6 weeks still didn't have the package. Contacted them, they confirmed my address and reshipped. Just yesterday I got the package with 2 of the 5 things I ordered and 2 random items that I didn't. Mind you every time I contacted them I gave them a detailed list of the items ordered and links to the eBay listing. I have requested a refund for the items that I never got. We shall see. But neither time would they provide a tracking number. And with the way they ship you are so long past your ability to file a claim from paypal I won't use them again. Just my one experience.

I've bought from them too (as has a friend) and they always seem to leave something out or add the wrong item. Most of the time I don't care -- its the wrong socks with an outfit or something small -- but I'm leary about the whole head sculpt without a description.

Ugh, just got an e-mail from them saying that it was "lost" in the mail... they are offering a refund, but it's quite annoying that they are doing this...

My Stevo Rig just arrived and it looks great The rappelling harness wasn't included for some reason (I'm sure he'll clear it up ASAP), but I was leaning towards using the nylon one I already put together anyhow. I'll take some pics tonight, if possible, for anyone else waiting for one.
