Ah didn't see that after credit scene.

Neither did I, for the longest time, i couldn't figure out how the monkey was undead in DMC, I didn't even know about the end credit scenes until World's End, I read about them and went back and watched. 1 and 3 have good ones, 2 is kind of weak.

I think this would have been a much better official poster with the cast, sure no Barbossa, but it looks much nicer to me.

Yea I saw that poster and thought the same, love the bow of the Queen Anne.

Ideally I want them to release a banner of my sig, I love that image and would love to have it to hang. The closest thing atm is that banner with Jack in the middle shooting in both directions. Was thinking of maybe picking up the Mermaid poster in the meantime.

I picked up a mini poster of the Jack solo standing poster, that's my favorite so far.

Also I just picked up the little Blackbeard figure from Target but haven't opened him yet. Looks great compared to the other figures in this line which look attrocious. In fact the only other one that even looks remotely passable is Gibbs.

Hadn't seen that one yet, that's probably my 2nd favorite, and that painted composite number 3.

Blackbeard has the best portrait poster, the Jack's ok, Angelica and Barbossa are both weak, and the mermaid trip is the best of the mermaid posters.

I gotta say my favorite is the Palm tree one, the Blackbeard one is pretty cool as well but I guarantee there will be a ton more music in the movie and not on the soundtrack.

That is a good one, I'm glad that action theme is still in use, I really like it from all the big fights in 2 and 3.

That was brutal, but exactly what I've been catching scents of since the first trailer. I hope it's wrong.

What I got out of that review was he hates it because its directed by Rob Marshall.

Picked up this little Blackbeard. I thought he had a rather striking resemblance to Ian given that he's only 4". Not bad articulation either, also a removable hat, pistol, and scabbard for the sword. And when you shine that blacklight from the ship in a bottle on him, you can see the zombie face paint etc underneath. Too bad the rest of the figures in the line look atrocious.

At least we have Hot Toys. I'm going to pick up a Barbossa as well and am trying to decide between the ARTFX statue, which looks meh but with the cursed portrait looks pretty good, or the Gentle Giant stylized one. What do you guys think, I'm leaning twoards animated.

Shame the Artfx didn't turn out as good as their Davy Jones.

I'd go ArtFx, the Gentle Giant animated Pirates statues don't really look quite like the characters much to me, I was even considering Jack but it's just too generic to me.
