Yep, approx 12 days over the period of TDK release. Was why I went over.

Prob 12th to 24th approx. We may have even met.

Weird. Yeah I remember me and my wife went to see TDK in IMAX Friday night and then flew out Saturday morning. We stayed at the Double Tree Castle. Universal freaking rocked, I hadn't had that much fun in years.

yeah iwas in orlando in 08 aswel, and the dollar was great for me. i went sept 10th till begining of october, iwas there for 3wks and bought loads! i was saving since begining of the year and the dollar was great as ud knw. glad i got out there for a hol when the pound was getting a good amount of dollars.

i didnt find many collectors shops tho in orlando :-( mainly clothing stores in the malls. i spent loads on clothes lol.

i wana go back, ive even considered looking at moving out there, seeing if a transfer from work is possible.

Orlando was very fun, have any of you guys been to Miami? Miami is alot more humid than Orlando, I loved it but its something I could'nt entirely adapt to.

teabelly, I popped in the GPS and dragged my wife around Orlando one of the days we were there and found nothing good. So I believe I checked it all out and fell short. Nothing at all for collectibles.

hey terminator, yeah i didnt find any shops that specialised in stuff we would like here on the board, i.e. hot toys, neca, sideshow type things. jst general toy stores.

and yeah i was in orlando for the 3weeks, i went to miami my last week for a day trip. i agree it was alot more humid, it felt alot different aswel, the ppl seemed differnet. i dont think id stay in miami for a hol, id much rather stay in orlando, i LOVED it there.

i went onto miami for the day mainly to visiti the miami ink shop anyway.

the only other sort of collecatble shop i went to was spencers but other than that i didnt find anything.
