Lets face it, this is what will happen. The ES will be pretty high. The scalpers/flippers will be a bit unhappy, because they thought this was gonna be Hulk/Spidey money. Come Notice day, a flood of excuses come about, then the cancels come in. Thus a enlarged ES which should have been smaller.

Well I have just got up (parcelforce are delivering my SS AH Emma Frost and SS SIM this morning so I am buzzing with excitement) and having got up in the middle of the night to order this I am astonished that this has not sold out already.

As a newbie can someone explain the ES system - do SS make a decision based purely on pre-orders then?
