Faced with an influx of living-room livestreamers and the risqué content that follows, Twitch has begun a crackdown on PlayStation 4 streams. The company has taken to its Twitter account to remind users that broadcasting via the console's Playroom feature, which uses Sony's PlayStation Eye camera to stream to Twitch and uStream, must have a gaming focus or risk having their account suspended. Most users, including the husband and wife team behind The Spartan Show, have kept within Twitch's terms of service, but others have decided the console provides the perfect platform to broadcast sexual content and host non-gaming shows. While Sony already offers the broadcasting service, Xbox One owners will have to wait until "early 2014" to stream their games -- either way, Twitch will have quite the job on its hands as gamers test the limits of their new all-seeing consoles.

as a PC gamer all my respects to the PS4 because AC4 ps4 vs PC there is not much difference. PC looks a bit better and smoother but 399 vs 2500. The ocean looks so amazing and the under watter exploration is just unreal.

I cannot stop playing with my PS4. the best console so far.

Upcoming and recent exclusives consist of the likes of Killzone 4, Forza 5, GT6, Halo 4, Gears of War 4, and Uncharted 4. I think I can live without exclusives for a while until they come up with something new.

I guess you have a point, but you could say the same about PC, I could argue that there a no immediate recent good PC exclusives to compete with the new gen of consoles, I mean, people on facebook are still lamenting over GTA5 :lol

Besides I was basing my statement on the current and previous gens' record.

Don't get me wrong, I love my PC and I game on it too, it's the best machine for some genres, but I'm a console guy for all the rest.

Ubisoft had a chance with Watch Dogs to be the best selling game for next gen if they didn't delay it ..

both Consoles hardly have any good games "XboxOne have a slightly better launch games" but with Watch Dogs, all those who bought next gen would get the game .

don't know if you agree but, so far AC 4 Black Flag is the best released game on next gen.

Quick question guys, is it worth it getting the Vita? What will it do for me other than remote play?
And does Remote play mean anywhere? In a hotel in the other side of country? Im clueless here.

Only get a Vita if there's games on it you want to play or if you want to play PS4 games on it through remote play in your house. Remote play will not work very well if your not on the same network as your PS4.

I read that in order to access the PS4 with the Vita, it needs to be in Wi-Fi vicinity and only "specific" games (which it shows on the front of the PS4 game covers) if it's compatible. However I also read they will be allowing a ton of games soon to be ported from ps3 to Vita as well so this is def. a direction Sony is headed in.

To play your PS4 games online you need a PSN plus membership anyways and if you have that, there's a ton of PSN plus Vita games each month that can be downloaded to your Vita at no additional charge.

I'm 50/50 on weather to pick one up or not, I mean the WiiU controller has a screen in it that let's you play the WiiU remotely so pretty much same thing Vitas/PS4 are doing together. Personally id rather be sitting in front of my big screen playing my PS4 with surround sound however for those players who need to be somewhere else in wi-fi distance of there PS4's this is your answer.

I also read they are planning to introduce a Vita / PS4 bundle for the holidays, the same price as Xbox one. That's not bad at only extra $100 for a Vita. I saw a bunch of new ads for the Vita at $159 though, so the Vita price is def. dropping.

Hope that helps..

Yes thank you for your explanation, I see it going down so I was looking into it. I am not sure if I will at all use it as like you I rather have it in front of me on a big screen

Thank you. Got it.

Bit disappointed about the blu-ray not being region free (as early reports suggested) and the fact it doesn't allow external drives or play cd's. Still very much looking forward to it though, amazon order, hopefully I will get it in one piece. :panic:
