That's a lame comparison because Xbox have sold out. You can't sell more than what your made.

But why do people keep bringing this sort of stuff up for, I can't understand it? Are they kids?

If your really a gamer you will want both consoles to be a success. Competition is vital. If one stopped producing well straight away we would be looking at a digital only console.

But why be a Fanboy, what are getting out of being loyal to a brand?

Is it that you can old afford one console & are just trying to justify it by hating the other?

Your actually in love with the brand & would feel like your cheating if you bought another console?

Me personally I've been gaming for years & I've never felt any loyalty to any one. When ms announced there DRM I dropped my PO but only opened it up again once they did away with it. If it was Sony I would of done the same thing.

If I only owned one of these consoles I would be pissed in having to miss out on any of the exclusives like Titanfall, Drakes, Forza, Killzone etc

I agree that competition is great for gamers. Hell what if Microsoft backs out and for some reason Nintendo drops out. Sony will pretty much be our only source for console gaming. They could do whatever they want and we would have no alternatives.

Competition also makes it better for us because if Microsoft starts making attractive offers with Xbox Live, PS+ would have to start thinking about similar offers. Competition in the long run is good and I hope Microsoft does well even though I picked up a PS4.

I really enjoyed what Microsoft did with the 360 and I stuck with 360 last generation especially early on. However they slowly stopped fulfilling my needs and went a more social experience which is fine but not suited towards me. PS4 looks more interested in providing a traditional gaming experience with a hint of social stuff. Thats what ultimately decided on what console I want first. I'll eventually pick up a Xbox One when the price drops and there are some exclusive games I want but for now PS4 will be my primary system. Which is the opposite of last generation. I'm loyal to whoever has my best interest in mind.

I love the Dualshock 4. I thought it looked awkward but it feels amazing after picking it up. I just need to find a game worth purchasing for my ps4

Well so much for having pre-ordered the PS4 Launch Edition and receive it not working properly because of crappy Amazon packing.



After checking the HDMI connection on my PS4 and having no success in figuring out why the screen kept flickering after turning on my PS4, I discovered this ...




I already sent back my PS4 last week to Amazon for a full refund. In the meantime, my four PS4 games I picked up from Amazon, Battlefield 4, Killzone: SF, COD: Ghost Hardened Editon and Assassin's Creed IV will have to sit in their shrink wrap until I can get a PS4 locally when they are back in stock.

That's some of the dumbest logic I have seen. What's that says to me is both sold everything they could period. Your trying to tell me that if that 1 million was only shipped to two countries vs 13 they wouldn't have sold out?

Unfortunately, this is my first time I've had any problems like this with an order from Amazon. In this case they threw the PS4 box in a bigger box with only one lousy bubble wrap on top. No padding on the sides or bottom.

Heck, I ordered Panasonic's top model 65" Plasma TV last year and other top of the line electronics from Amazon and never had any problems like this. I guess there's always a first time for everything.

Since I'm not going through Amazon again to buy a PS4, I was thinking of going to my local Best Buy tomorrow and see if I would have any luck picking one up since I was told by an employee at Best Buy that any remaining pre-ordered PS4's that were not picked up by today would be offered for sell when they open tomorrow. If not, I'll more than likely try to get in early and pick one up during Black Friday when retailers get their second shipments.
