I'll give you the no forced checks by the console, in reality that and no forced install are the ONLY real differences in policies. And yeah the inlcudes the pay for online play since it is required, they just said it a very good marketing way to leave it sound good.

He said you can "chat between games" so take that for what it is. I truly didn't understand why they never had a part chat function.

Yeah, I wasn't clear on what he meant. I'm going to assume that he was meaning a party chat similar to xbox.

If there are no forced installs, I don't think HDD space will be as much of an issue as for the Xbox One. That's probably why it's such a low price though, probably smaller hard drive and no Eye for the lowest price set.
